Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid & Updated Current Years Trades License (2024-25)2. Valid & Updated VAT Registration Certificate.3. Tin Certificate4. Valid & Updated Income Tax Certificate (2024-25)5. Update Bank Solvency (After the IFT publication on e-GP Website).6. Reputed Contractors having general experience in renovation works for minimum 03 (Three) years7. Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of renovation works of Government /semi government / Autonomous organization in Bangladesh during last 03(three) years minimum amounting 1,80,000 Tk. in a single contract.8.Last 03 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.9.The Tenderers average annual construction turnover shall be greater than amounting TK.2,00,000 . This must be supported by total certified payment received for contractors in progress work completed under public sector last 03(Three) years.10. The minimum amount of liquid assets working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK.2,30,000 Document (Original copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and Submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose .
