Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must have:1) Up to Date valid Trade License.2) Up to Date Income Tax Certificate.3) VAT Registration Document4) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement Slip issued by the competent Authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-25).5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.6) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of building construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 10,00,000.00 ( Ten Lakh Taka Only)7) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh Taka Only)8) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than BDT 20,00.000.00 (Twenty Lakh Taka Only) over the last 05 (five) financial years or best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.
