Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology including Roof Repair works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lac.c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 80.00 (Eighty) lac only over the last 05( Five) years Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 75.00 (Seventy five) lac only. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW3-7, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade license and e-BIN, VAT Registration Certificate.e) Any other eligibility mentioned in Tender Data Sheet.
