• Project Name : Renovation and repair of record rooms in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.ii) A satisfactory completion of a simillar nature of work of at least Tk 23.00 Lac under 01 contract within 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.iii) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 66.00 Lac during the last 5 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender.Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate.The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years.iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 22.00 lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit ((Form PW2A-8) without alteration.
