Project Name : Renovation and repair of record rooms in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(one) similar nature of construction/repair/renovation works including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac.5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)6.
