Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of atleast 1(one) similar nature of construction works including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification works successfully completedwithin the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 65.00 (Sixty Five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years.Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted alongwith the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk.40.00 (Forty) Lac.5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac.
