Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10 Lakh .c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.00 (Eight Crore) over the last 03 (Three) years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8 lakh .e) The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 9 lakhf) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Up to date ABC license, Up to date Audit Report of the Firm, Work Programme in Bar Chart etc.The full eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the TDS.
