Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : A Contractor's firm is working in Government, Semi government and autonomous bodies having the followings:1. Minimum 5 (five) years general experience in Civil construction works.2. A satisfactory Completion of similar nature Construction/Renovation of Building with similar complexity works at least Tk.100 lakhs under single contract(s) over a period of 05 years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.80 lakhs over the last 05 years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.30 lakhs, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2a-7 of tender5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.115 lakhs, supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) all other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.6. The tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).7. If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10 % (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.8. The tenderer should not be allowed to submit tender security, line of credit & performance guarantee from the Banks named ICB Islami Bank, National Bank, Padma Bank, Bangladesh Commerce Bank, Global Islami Bank, Union Bank, Islami Bank, First Security Islami Bank, Social Islami Bank as per direction of the Authority. In that case, the tenderer should not consider for Evaluation.
