    Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 15 (Fifteen) years.b) Minimum specific experience as prime contractor in at least single contract of similar nature of works including bituminous road construction and RCC structure construction works under Government/ Semi-government/ Autonomous organizations amounting Tk 20,35,000.00 Lakh (Twenty Lakh Thirty Five Thousand only) completed within last 3 years.c) Tenderer must submit up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, up to date Trade License.d) Required Annual Average Construction turnover shall be Tk 160 Lakh (One Crore Sixty Lakh) over the best 3 of the last 5 (five) years.e) In case of JVCA, Terms & Conditions as mentioned in ITT 19.1 must be followed.f) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 30 lakh (Thirty lakh) only as prescribed in Form PW3-7 (Original copy only). The Credit Commitment certificate must be within 28 (Twenty eight) days from the date of submission of tender.h) The minimum tender capacity of the tenderer shall be Tk 20.35 Lakh (Twenty Lakh Thirty Five Thousand only). The tenderer must submit a calculation sheet in this regard. The tenderer must submit list of contract agreements, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector. In case of JV, copy of agreement between leading and other partner shall be required.
