Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years in related field.(b) At least Tk.26 lac single work order in similar work (Building Repair/Archaeological Conservation work) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 1 (One) year.c). The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 30 lac. over the last 03 financial years.(d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit facilities of the tender shall be Tk.28 Lac.(e) The Tenderers must submit with its Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provide by Government of Bangladesh. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.(f) An expert archaeological conservator profile having minimum 15 year-s experience in relevant work and at least minimum 10-12 years experience skilled workers (include name and address) in relevant work (minimum 10 person) will be Submitted.(g)The materials used in the conservation work will have to be lab tested. The cost of lab testing will have to be borne by the contractor.(h) The procuring entity have right to receive or reject any part or all the tender.
