Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works.(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 8.50 (eight point five) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [17.00 (seventeen) Lac] over the last [5(Five)] years. Payment certificates of work contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 9.0 (nine) Lac only, supported by Bank certificate bearing specific tender ID and name of the works (Form PW2a-3)..(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (Containing 13 Digit Number as per NBR Specification).(F) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section2 & Section4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. In case of tie for the lowest evaluated price, the Tenderer shall be selected base on the ‘Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects.
