  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderers must be 1st class electrical contractor having valid ABC license from electrical licensing board of Govt. of Bangladesh. License must be enlisted in BPDB. b) Tenderers must have minimum 3 (three) years general experience in construction and renovation of 33kV or 11kV, 11/0.4kV & 0.4kV distribution line and installation of distribution transformer work from any Government Utility of Bangladesh Otherwise it will be rejected. c) Work completion certificate of similar work at minimum 1 (One) contract value of tk. 3.50 (Three point Five) Lakhs. The experience certificate must be issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. Experience certificates that do not properly state the date of completion of work will not be accepted. d) Tenderer must have up to date ncome tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registrationand trade licensee, National ID (NID), Key personnel (with NID, Photograph andnecessary certificate), Tools and Authorization letter. e) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounting firm for the last 2(two) years.
