Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must have a minimum 08(Eight) years of genarl experience in the supply of similar goods and services in Bangladesh.The Tenderer must submit documentary evidence as proof of their claim failing of which the Tender would be treated as Non-Responsive.1.The tenderer must have experience in at least two (2) supply contracts for similar type of goods and related services within the last five (5) years, counting backward from the date of the IFT publication in the newspaper. Among these, at least one (1) work order for Cyber Security solutions must have a value of at least 80% of the quoted price. The tenderer must submit copies of the work orders and completion certificates.2. The bidder must have experience in the installation and commissioning of similar types of products (e.g., SIEM, PAM, WAF, E-mail Security, DNS Security, Patch Management, Web Proxy, etc.) with at least two (2) Bank/Government/Semi-government/telecom/Autonomous organizations within the last 5 years.3. The Bidder must have ongoing AMC of similar type of product and services with at least 1 (One) organizations preferably in bank.4. Supplier must have at least Four (4) Certified Expert engineer with at least one Senior System Analyst or equivalent on relevant products. All resources are engaged should be permanent employee of the selected bidder. No contractual & outsourcing resources are acceptable.5. The tenderer must submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter from the OEM. Failure to provide this documentary evidence will result in the tenderer being treated as non-responsive.
