Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : All e-GP registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfil the qualification criteria as below :(1) Up to date Trade license, Vat registration certificate and Income tax certificate.(2) The minimum number of general experiences of tenderer shall be last 5 (five) years.(3) A satisfactory completion of works of at least Tk.18 (Eighteen) Lakh under one or multiple contract(s) over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required.(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be Tk 08.00 Lakh.(5) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk.10 (Ten) Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.(6) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated, the tender will be rejected.(7) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements described in the Tender Document (TDS & PCC).(8) Authorization letter on the headpad of the tenderer. In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
