Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web-portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the tender document.b) If the quoted amount by tenderer more than the 10% above or less than the 10% below than the official estimated cost, the submitted tender will be treated as non-responsive.c) The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 "(Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.d) The quantity of work may be increased or decreased or work may be totally dropped.e) Payment will be made according to the availability of the fund. In that case no extra claim will be entertained.f) For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format without any alteration.In case of conditional line of credit or any alteration from standard format,Tender will be considered as non-responsive.
