Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web-portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the tender document.b) If the quoted amount by tenderer more than the 10% above or less than the 10% below than the official estimated cost, the submitted tender will be treated as non-responsive.c) The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 "(Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.d) The quantity of work may be increased or decreased or work may be totally dropped.e) Payment will be made according to the availability of the fund.
