Project Name : Enhancement of Training Capacity of BPATC, Savar, Dhaka
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (ten) years.(b) Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar work or RCC work of BDT not less than 500.00 (Five Hundred) Lac in a single contract within last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 900.00 (Nine Hundred) Lac.(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lac. In case of credit facilities, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 without any alteration uploaded in CPTU website must be submitted for this purposee.(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 540.00 (Five Hundred and Forty) Lac.(f) The contractor shall maintain the specified pro-rata progress.(g) The tenderer must possess:i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificateii) Valid VAT registration certificateiii) Up-to-date trade licenseiv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh(h) Details of notice and other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS and schedule
