Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature building construction works successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least 100.00 Lakh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 200.00 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40.00Lakh (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form).5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 120.00 Lakh.6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, BIN certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.7.
