Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Minimum General Experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor shall be completion of at least 1 (one) contract for construction of 10 storied building with single basement including civil, sanitary and electrification works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 20 (Twenty ) crore in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization.Tenderer shall have minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover during best 5 years in the last 10 years of Tk 25 (Twenty Five) crore in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization. Tenderer shall submit payment certificates with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be considered.Minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 6 (Six) crore and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW3-7 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW3-7 shall not be accepted.Minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 22 (Twenty Two) crore.
