Description:
Project Name : Protection of Daulatkhan Pourashava, Chokighat and other more vulnerable area from the erosion of the Meghna river in Bhola District.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, VAT Registration and TIN certificate.2) Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund.3) All Non-life insurance for any public property, or risks or liabilities pertaining to public property, shall be taken through Sadharon Bima Corporation in accordance with the Insurance Corporation Act, 2019.4) It is the duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.5) A detailed list of work in hand/on-going works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.6) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.7) If BWDB owned/acquired land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost.8) Quantity and quality of work will be checked by BWDB's Task Force or any other competent authority.
