Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (five) years.(b) Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar work (Shed with Poly Carbonate profile) of BDT not less than 165.00 (One Hundred and Sixty Five) Lac in a single contract within last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac.(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 75 (Seventy Five) Lac. In case of credit facilities, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 without any alteration uploaded in CPTU website must be submitted for this purposee.(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac.(f) The contractor shall maintain the specified pro-rata progress.(g) The tenderer must possess:i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.iii) Up-to-date trade license.iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.v) The bidder must have munufacturer-s authoriziration for foreign made polycarbonate profile (h) Details of notice and other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS and schedule
