Project Name : Construction and Capacity Building of SRDI (CCBS)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in construction works.B) Satisfactory completion of single contract with a value of not less than 100.00 (one hundred) lac with similar nature of work within last 5 (five) years. Tender Capacity Tk. 110.00 Lac.C) The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk 200.00 (two hundred) lac during the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.D) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the bidder must be Tk. 50.00 (fifty) lac only supported by unconditional bank certificate (Form PW2a-3).E) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractory & supervisory board license.
