Project Name : Establishing 560 model mosques and Islamic Cultural Centers in Zila and Upazila of Bangladesh
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderers registered in egp system meeting the following criteria:a) Experience of minimum of 05 (Five) years(*) in the construction works.b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature works of at least Tk. 45,00,000.00 under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years(*) under any govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Private organizations.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 45,00,000.00. Letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk. 54,00,000.00. for last 5 year.This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05(Five) years.e) Up to date valid Trade license.f) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.g) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.h) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.i) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
