Project Name : Re-Construction of Mymensingh Central Jail
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Construction of 4 (Four) storied building under single contract within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 180.00 (One Hundred and Eighty) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 300.00 (Three hundred) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lac.e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up-to-date ABC License for both contractor and supervisor.f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 180.00 (One Hundred and Eighty) lac.
