  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(Ten) years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of 01 (one) no RCC 10(Ten) storied framed structure building construction work including Civil work, Internal Sanitary work & Internal Electrical work successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1700.00 Lac (Tk One Thousand Seven Hundred Lac only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2050.00 Lac (Tk Two Thousand Fifty Lac only) over the last 5 (Five) financial years.
