- Project Name : CONSTRUCTION OF 15 NOS 14 STORIED RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AT SECTION-9, MIRPUR, DHAKA. (2ND PHASE)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works (12 storied building with single basement) completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 13.00 (Thirteen point zero zero) crores under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk 28.00 (Twenty Eight point zero zero) crores in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 9.50 (Nine point five zero zero) crores and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW3-7 form.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW3-7 shall not be accepted.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 15.00 (Fifteen point five zero zero) crores. Necessary documents must be submitted in support of tender capacity.f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up to date ABC and supervisory license certificates, VAT Registration Certificate, Up to date Audit Report of the Firm, Work Program in Bar Chart etc.The full eligibility ... - Documents:
