Project Name : Construction of Barisal & Sylhet Armed Police Battallion (APBN) and Range Reserve Force Police Lines.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Similar Nature works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 Lakh.4.The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 5 (five) financial years BDT 40.00 Lakh.5.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2a-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 28.00 lakh.6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 22.00 lakh.7.The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :i) Valid Trade Licenseii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificateiii) Valid VAT Registration Certificateiv) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Turnover.
