• Project Name : Establishment of 100 bed Cancer unit at Divisional level Medical College Hospitals.
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC Building Construction Works successfully completed within the last 5(five) years, each with a value of at least BDT.14.00(Fourteen) Crore Taka in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in STD.4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 33.41(Thirty Three Point Four One) Crore taka in the last 5 (five) years.5.The minimum amount of liquid assets in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW3-7 shall be BDT.11(Eleven) Crore Taka. Credit facilities issued from Bank within 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the date of opening of Tender shall be considered.6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: BDT. 16.50(Sixteen point Five) Crore Taka.7.The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate. (ii) Up-to-date ABC Category Contractor License and Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
