Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number Building construction work including civil works worth not less than Tk 75.00 (Seventy Five) lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)d) The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 75.00 (Seventy Five) Lakh only.e) aving updated VAT(13 Digit), TAX, Trade License, ABC/BC/C Electrical license & Supervisory license.f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.g) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.h) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.100.00 (One Hundred lakh) Only.
