Project Name : Construction of Record Building for Bangladesh Supreme Court
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.2. The Minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature work in at least 08 storied building of BDT 12.00 Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than BDT 23.00 Crore during last 5 (five) financial years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 10.00 Crore. Documentary evidence submitted along with the tender must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 14.00 Crore.6....
