Project Name : Construction of 9 Residential Tower Buildings for Bangladesh Police at different places of Bangladesh
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.b) Having specific experience as a prime contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of 2 (Two) storied RCC Frame Structure Building construction work with retaining wall construction work and related electrification work of Tk. 3.00 (Three) Crore. in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years (i)In case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be the concerned EE. (ii)In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district.c)The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk 10.00 (Two) Crore.d)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.2.00 (Two) Crore.e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 4.50 (Four point five) Crore as per formula stated in TDS.f)The Tenderer must posses: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii)Up to date income tax clearance certificate.iv)Up to date ABC category contractory & supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board,GoB.
