Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under CPTU with valid trade license, TIN and Vat certificate.Tenderer should fulfill all the criteria's which are stated in TDS.Tenderers only from Bangladesh can participate in the tender.Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of funds but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.Tender evaluation will be conducted on the basis of uploaded documents of the tenderer. Outside or offline documents will not be considered.The work may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased.The work order will be issued after approval from the Competent Authority.All other eligible criteria are stated in ITT Sub Section No.5 Special Instructions to Tenderer:1. The selection of the contractor will be finalized after getting the proper approval of the proposed 1st RDPP from the Competent Authority.2. No claimed for delay in finalization of Tender will be entertained3. Special Particular Conditions of Contract to the Tenderer are stated as an attachment in section-8(Particular Specification) will be treated as a part of this tender.4.
