Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Contractors/firms who have minimum 5(FIVE) years of general experience in similar Construction works.b) The minimum specific experience/similar nature work as prime contractor in similar construction works of at least single contract of similar nature amounting to Tk 8 Lakh (EIGHT LAKH ) only as prescribed in Form.c) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.d) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.e) Tenderer must have up to date Income - Tax clearance certificate from the Concern Office.f) Required Annual Average Construction turnover shall be Tk 20 Lakh (TWENTY LAKH) over the last 5(FIVE) years. It may be verified by the concern office.g) Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration Certificate form the Concern Office.h) Tenderer must have up to date Trade License.i) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be 10 Lakh (TEN LAKH) only . The Credit Commitment certificate (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose Tender & contract form (Form PW2a-3). Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive. Proper e-mail id and contact information of concern bank must be provided in that document.j) The tender capacity of the tenderer should not be less than Tk 8 lakh (EIGHT LAKH )k) Terms and conditions as PER PPA 2006 and PPR 2008.
