• Project Name : Higher Education Acceleration and Transformation (HEAT) Project
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years.(ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector shall be at least 1 (one) contract of: at least in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. =21,00,000.00 (Twenty-one lakh) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(iii) Tenderer must submitted specific experience work completed certificate(s) issued by the relevant PE shall be furnished with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy/Manual work order & payment certificates, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.(iv) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. =24,00,000.00 (Twenty four Lakh) only over the last 05 years.(v) TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =7,50,000.00 (Seven Lakh fifty thousand) only.
