Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 15 (Fifteen Lakh) only under Single of contract(s) over a period of 3 (three) years shall be required.2. The Tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of total 1000 (One Thousand) drums unusable/non-centrifugable Transformer oil refining works within last 03 (Three) years counted backward from date of submission of tender in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization/ Public limited company.3. The average annual turnover over the last 03 (three) years shall be Tk. 15 (Fifteen lakh) only4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facility from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh shall be Tk. 15 (Fifteen lakh) Only.5. Tenderer shall own suitable equipments and other physical facilities to measure the following parameters of refined transformer oil:β’ Dielectric Strength (Breakdown Voltage)β’ Neutralization numberβ’ Power dissipation factor (Tan Ξ΄)β’ Resistivity in Ohm-cmβ’ Dielectric constantβ’ Specific gravityβ’ Viscosityβ’ Flash point (at open cup)β’ Colour ASTM (D-1500)6. Tenderer must have Valid Clearence Certificate from ministry of Environment.7. Tenderer must have Valid License from Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation for refining of unused/Centrifugable transformer oil.8. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.9. All other terms and Condition are available in the Tender Documents.10. Join venture/Consortium shall not be eligable for this Tender.11. Tenderer must have valid Trade license,VAT certificate, TIN certificate with Income Tax return certificate/Acknowledgement Slip.
