Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer shall have 5 years general experiance.2. A satisfactory completion of Transformer oil refining works at least Tk 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh only any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization/ Public limited company in 3 (Three) contracts over a period of last 5 (Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP3. The average annual turnover shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh only over the last 03 (three) years4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facility from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh shall be Tk. 24.00 (Twenty four) lakh Only.5. Tenderer must submit the list of suitable equipments and other physical facilities to measure the following parameters of refined transformer oil:β’ Dielectric Strength (Breakdown Voltage)β’ Neutralization numberβ’ Power dissipation factor (Tan Ξ΄)β’ Resistivity in Ohm-cmβ’ Dielectric constantβ’ Specific gravityβ’ Viscosityβ’ Flash point (at open cup)β’ Colour ASTM (D-1500)6. Tenderer must submit valid License from BERC for procecessing, Storage & Distribution of Transformer Oil.7. Tenderer must submit Valid Clearence Certificate from ministry of Environment.8. Tenderer must have Valid License/contract from Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation for refining of unused/Centrifugable transformer oil.9.
