Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in the software and related services.b) Experience in working with Oracle Forms and Reports 12c.c) Not blacklisted or debarred from any Government or Semi-Government organization or Government owned company.d) Subcontract or consortium is not allowed for this procurement.
Brief Description of assignment : Refactoring, Module Expansion and Maintenance Support of ORMS Software for BWDB FY 2025-2026
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required : The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of three (3) years each with a value of at least of Tk 38,50,000 (Thirty-Eight Lakh Fifty Thousand) shall be required. Worked / Developed software in Public Sector with Oracle Forms & Reports, minimum version 12C and Oracle Database 19C will be considered as similar works.
