Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall be a citizen or legally registered entity of Bangladesh andshall have legal capacity to enter into contract under the laws of the People-sRepublic of Bangladesh.The Tenderer must possess valid and up-to-date Trade License, Income TaxClearance Certificate, TIN and BIN Registration Certificates, and VATRegistration Certificate.The Tenderer shall have a minimum of Three (03) years of general experiencein telecommunication, fiber optic cable (OFC) installation, rectification, ormaintenance works. The Tenderer must have successfully completed at leastone (01) similar contract within the last five (05) years with a value not lessthan the amount specified in the Tender Data Sheet, supported by workcompletion certificates issued by the Procuring Entity.The Tenderer must demonstrate availability of liquid assets, working capital, orcredit facilities from a scheduled bank in the amount specified in the TDS,issued within twenty-eight (28) days prior to the deadline for submission oftenders.
