Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one number of 02 (TWo) storied RCC frame structure building including sanitary and internal electrification works contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 Lac (Three Core Fifty Lac.) in a single contract in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomus organization of Bangladesh. i) in case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be concerned EE, ii) in case of the work done under any Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous organization other than PWD , the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district.3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 lac (One Crore Twenty Five Lac). Amount of Liquid assets must be remained in the form of bank certificate/Transaction Statement in this required should be issue from the Bank not more than 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the date of submission of the Tender.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 120.00 lac (Five Crore) over the last 05 (Five) years.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: TK. 60.00 lakh .6. a) Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.b) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate,VAT Certificate.c) Upto date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of the People-s Republic of Bangladesh. ...
