Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in reputed organization with at least [ONE] contract(s) of identical / Civil construction successfully completed within the last [05] years, with a value of at least Tk. 40,00,000.00 (FORTY LAC). [Year will be calculated from tender publication date to backward].(ii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 76,13,000.00 (SEVENTY SIX LAC THIRTEEN THOUSAND) over the last 05 (Five) years. [In support of average annual construction turnover, Certified payments for contracts in progress or completed during last 5 (five) years will be taken into account. Private oranization certificates must be accompanied by work order or other authentic document].(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 38,00,000.00 (THIRTY EIGHT LAC).(iv) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 47,58,000.00 (FORTY SEVEN LAC FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND).(v) Other eligibility as specified on TDS.
