Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : A Contractor's firm is working in Government, Semi government and autonomous bodies having the followings :1. Minimum 05 years general experience in Construction works.2. A satisfactory Completion of similar nature of Construction/Reconstruction of M.S Spud works at least Tk. 17 lakhs under single contract over a period of 05 years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.60 lakhs over The period may be last 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper. In this regard, the tenderer must submit all supporting documents, failing which the tenderer may be rejected as being incomplete.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20 lakhs, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2a-7 of tender.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 23 lakhs, Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.6. List of Equipment: i. Pontoon/Burge -1 Nos (owned/rented) ii. Driving equipment -1 set (owned/rented), the supporting documents regarding equipment should be submitted. Otherwise, the tender shall be rejected.7. The tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).8. If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
