  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer must have valid and up to dated i. Trade License, ii. TIN certificated and iii. VAT registration/BIN with a minimum 3 years of general experience in the construction works as a Prime or sub Contractor.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1contract of similar work successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 70 Laks.3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 100 Laks over the last 3 financial years or best 3 years in the last 5 financial years.4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 50 Laks5.
