  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) Dhaka wasa enlisted Electro-Mechanical contractors are eligibile to tender. (up to date license)(2) Up to date ABC contractor and Supervisor license(3) Up to date Trade License.(4) Up to date Tax clearance certificate(5) VAT Registration certificate.(6) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10(Ten) lac(7) The Tenderer must have own workshop inside of Dhaka with necessary tools & equipments as well as Transformer heat chamber and testing facilities.(8) Attested copy of registered deed of ownership / Occupancy of workshop or Mutation document for Land of workshop(9) Any others terms & conditions stated in Tender Document.(10) Tenderer already engaged in similar works under division will not be eligible.
