Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderers shall have valid Trade Licenses, TIN certificates, VAT Registration, Updated Income Tax and VAT Certificates, and Bank Solvency Certificates.b) Tenderers shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.c) The minimum specific experience shall be, as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods such as Reagents and Standard Chemicals in a single contract completed in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 18 (eighteen) lakhs.d) Manufacturer-s Authorization Letters (Form e-PG3-5) are required from Manufacturers for the item no. 01 to 26. The Authorization Letters must be directly issued by the Manufacturers to the Procuring Entity (PE).
