Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (A) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality (NID) & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel.(B) Special Instruction:1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.2) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund.
