• Project Name : Protection on both bank from Erosion of Turag River and Re-excavation of Nagda Khal in Gazipur District
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All the tenderers must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (Form PW3-8). Credit line facility certificate format is attached in section-7 in TDS. Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender declare as non-responsive.4. The site of Bank protection works is not in acquired land of BWDB. No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this connection.5. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained.6. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.7. Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU & PPR-2025 shall be followed.8. Detailed list of work in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.9.
