Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel must be submitted.Special Instruction: (Please Read)1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.2) Work order will be issued after obtaining budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of BWDB.3) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.4) Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2025.5) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.6) The concern contractor will have to arrange the required land for construction works by consulting with the local union chairman and owner of the land.
