Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Tender Document are eligible.2. Volume of Earthwork will be finalized after taking pre-work and Post-work by the taskforce of BWDB. No extra payment claim will be entertained regarding the report of Taskforce.3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.4. The tenderer must submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified format.5. If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.6. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.7.Detailed list of work in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.8. If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design and Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra payment claim will be entertained in this regard.9. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased.
