Project Name : Environmental improvement of Haridoa River by re-excavation, slope protection, landscaping in Sadar and Shibpur Upazila under Narsingdi District to combat Climate Change Impact
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Should be eGP registered; b) Any individual (s)/ firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM) can participate; d) The tenderes must comply the following conditions: (i) Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Act-2006" and "Public Procurement Rules- 2025" for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors. (ii) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work; (iii) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment. (iv) The Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB, Technical Specifications, Different instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB shall be binding upon the contractors.
