- Project Name : To maintain normal water flow, retain water during dry season and improvement of Bhuboneshwar canal system under Bhandaria Upazila of Perojpur district.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : General Information:i). Contractors who are registered on the e-GP web portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the Tender Document.ii). Contractors who are qualified as per PPR-2008 and its amendments and any other government rules applicable.iii). The work may be dropped, quantity may be increased/ decreased. No claim for cancellation or extra rate for increased/ decreased quantity will be entertained.iv). Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. Quality & quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee.v). After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.Other Qualifications:i). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 years.ii). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology (i.e. Excavation/Re-Excavation work .)successfully completed within the last 5 years.iii). The required average annual construction turnover shall have the last 05 years.iv). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities issuing date must be 14 days before of tender submission date. In case of Credit Certificate issuing from the bank, specific Tender ID Number, package Number & Name of the work must be shown in the certificate along with document of credit facilities.
